SUBSTANCE: device contains sealed reservoir the internal volume of which is divided by leakproof movable medium separator into liquid and gas chambers. Gas chamber communicates with negative and positive pressure source by means of gas pipeline equipped with valve and pressure recorder. Liquid chamber communicates by means of liquid pipeline via filling tap made as three-way valve with the neck of refillable thermoregulating system and negative and positive pressure source. Pressure and temperature recorders are installed in this pipeline (before and after filling tap). Liquid pipeline in the section from filling tap to neck can be made in the form of removable flexible pipeline. Filter and device for coupling with neck can be installed in this pipeline.
EFFECT: monitoring and maintenance of quality of prepared for filling heat-carrier; operational filling and refilling of system.
