FIELD: chemistry, engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: deaerator for turbo-installation feeding water, containing tank-accumulator with branch pipe for pumping out non-condensing gases and installed above it column in form of water-jet ejector with water-supplying device, made in form of evenly placed on column section sprayers and vapour-feeding collector, made circular and connected with column with radial bridges. In tank on outlet from column cone-shaped drop-impingement plate is installed. Sprayers are acoustic and contain case with located inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator. Case of sprayers is made in form of vertically placed cylindrical bush, in whose upper part there is a pipe for air supply and perpendicularly to its axis there is a pipe for liquid supply. Inside case, coaxially to it bush with upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed. Lower flange is rigidly fixed in made in case growing-through. Inside bush, coaxially to it, there is rod, on whose end circular volumetric resonator, made in form of cup with conical surface, is pressed in and in tail part of rod fixing discs are placed, which interact with inner surface of bush. In lower flange at least one nozzle is located at angle to resonator axis, its value lies within range 20°÷40°, extension of nozzle axis lies on circumference, located in medium part of conical surface of resonator.
EFFECT: reduction of hydraulic resistance and increase of liquid dispersion degree.
