FIELD: heating systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drying method of dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Drying equipment with inert nozzle consists of a body with gas-distributing grid and solution spray atomiser, and inside the body coaxially therewith there arranged is a heated chamber to the lower part of which connected is a tube with radial holes and extension nozzle with gas-distributing grid to supply additional heat carrier. Heated chamber is made in the form of a cone, at that heat carrier is removed through gas-distributing grid holes into a collection system consisting of acoustic plant, cyclone and hose filter, and atomiser is made acoustic and consists of a body with an inside arranged ultrasonic generator in the form of a nozzle, and ring resonance chamber. At that body is made in the form of a vertically arranged cylindrical sleeve, in the upper part of which there arranged is an air supply tube, and normal to its axis there located is a solution supply tube; at that inside body, coaxially therewith there rigidly arranged is a sleeve with upper and lower flanges, where lower flange is rigidly fixed in a groove made in the body, and inside the sleeve coaxially therewith there arranged is a ring resonance chamber made in the form of a cup with conical surface. At that the cup is pressed on a pin with diameter d of resonance chamber, and in its tail end arranged are locking disks made in the form of elastic lobes interacting with sleeve internal surface. In lower flange there located is at least one nozzle at an angle of 20°÷40° to resonance chamber axis, at that the continued part of nozzle axis lies on the circle located in the central part of conical surface, and on the sleeve internal surface there made are coaxial conical and cylindrical holes.
