FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technique of drying disperse materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Dryer with inert nozzle comprises an air heater, an exhaust air purifying system, fluidised bed apparatus with a distributing grid, a steam and an electrical air heaters, a forcing and an exhaust fans, intake air filter, cyclone group with unloading unit with an acoustic installation mounted at its input, a tank for original solution supplied to the apparatus through injection nozzles, a meter of hot water for washing and a metering pump. Operating chamber of the fluidised bed apparatus is located in its lower part and filled with inert fluoroplastic particles 4.5×4 mm in size with the height of the operating chamber equal to 500 mm and diameter 400 mm. Wire elastic strings are pulled over the plane of the apparatus operating chamber distributing grid, optimal parameters for the acoustic treatment of medium-dispersed dust with its concentration in the air flow of 2 g/m3 in the acoustic installation are sound pressure level from 140 to 150 dB, vibration frequency from 800 to 1000 Hz, insonification time from 1.5 to 2 s. The injection nozzles are made as acoustic sprayers for sprinkling fluids which comprise a casing with an ultrasound vibrations generator inside in the form of a jet and a ring cavity resonator, the casing is made as a vertically set cylindrical bush with an air supply pipe mounted in its upper part and a fluid supply pipe mounted perpendicular to its axis. A bush with upper and lower flanges is rigidly fixed inside the casing and coaxially to it, the lower flange is rigidly fixed in the groove made in the casing, the ring cavity resonator made as a cup with tapered surface is mounted inside the bush and coaxially to it. The cup is pressed at the resonator rod with d diameter and its tail end is equipped by fixing discs made as elastic petals interacting with the inner bush surface. At least one jet is placed in the lower flange at the angle of 20°÷40° to the resonator axis, the jet axis extension is located at the circle in the middle part of the conical surface. Coaxial conical and cylindrical holes are made on the inner bush surface.
