FIELD: chemistry, engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: deaerator contains tank-accumulator with branch pipe for pumping out non-condensing gases and installed above it column in form of water-jet ejector with water-supplying device, made in form of evenly placed on column section sprayers and vapour-feeding collector, made circular and connected with column with radial bridges. In tank on outlet from column cone-shaped drop-impingement plate is installed, column is divided with vertical partitions into sections, successively connected to each other along vapour-gas route through separation device. Column is made from at least two units, connected parallelly on vapour and removed gas. Sprayers are acoustic and contain case with located inside generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of nozzle and resonator, pipes for supply of dispersing agent and liquid. Case is made in form of glass with bottom, with placed inside case generator of acoustic fluctuations in form of hollow rod with wedge-shaped slot and nozzle. Liquid is supplied to circular clearing, made between outer resonator surface and inner nozzle surface, canal for liquid supply is located tangentially to inner glass surface and is made in form of rectangular slot. Air is supplied through connecting pipe in case and resonator hole, then goes to at least one wedge-shaped slit, located at angle to resonator axis, angle value being within optimal range of values: 30°÷60°. In circular clearing between inner glass surface and outer resonator surface spiral directing device is placed, which favours creation of spiral flow of liquid supplied by canal.

EFFECT: increase of productivity due to thin liquid disperse.
