FIELD: optics. SUBSTANCE: non-reflecting neutral optical filter can be employed for uniform attenuation of incident radiation. Filter has substrate transparent in spectral range from 0.4 to 0.7 mcm, titanium layer partially transmitting light located on substrate and antireflection layer above it. Antireflection layer is made of titanium oxide TiOx, ( with 1 <x <2 where x is oxidation degree of titanium oxide ) with absorption factor of layer of titanium oxide equal to 0.17-0.2. Geometric thicknesses of layers of titanium and titanium oxide correspondingly are 0.028-0.03 and 0.04-0.045 mcm. EFFECT: diminished value of integral reflection factor and number of layers in filter. 3 dwg
