FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive heated mirrors. Proposed mirror comprises glass carrier with rear side provided with 100-130 nm-thick aluminium reflection layer. Aluminium oxide 2-3 nm-thick barrier layer is arranged on said reflection layer. Tin oxide 150-250 nm-thick current-conducting layer is arranged on said barrier layer to carry electric contacts. Besides, 50-60 nm-thick titanium oxide layer and magnesium fluoride 70-75 nm-thick layer are arranged between carrier and reflection layer, on carrier side.
EFFECT: higher safety.
