FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of development of various types of oil deposits, beginning from any stage of their operation. The essence of the invention is as follows: according to the method the cyclic method of oil deposit development is implemented; each cycle consists of mode of depletion of formation power, wherein product is withdrawn with producing wells, and replacing it with a mode of artificial charging of power wherein water is pumped into a producing well-collector through pressure wells restoring in it the volume of liquid and power. According to the invention producing wells with horizontal borehole in oil zone of a payout bed are implemented. A cased column is lowered from a well head to an end of a bottomhole. The column is cemented from the outside and a cement plug is left at the end of the column. A section of the cased column is perforated in the zone of a horizontal bore of the well. A tube with a plug at the end is located from the well head inside the cased column along the length in the horizontal bore zone of the well. Apertures are arranged before the plug on a tube wall; depression to the payout bed is generated and equalized via the perforated section of the cased column by means of the said apertures and also by means of a gap between the tube and the cased column.

EFFECT: upgraded ratio of oil withdrawal, prevention of deposit breaking-up and of formation of dead zones.
