FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods of development of hydrocarbon deposits commencing from any stage of development. The essence of the invention is as follows: in the cyclic method of development each cycle consists of operations in reservoir power depletion mode when production is withdrawn with producing wells, and of operations in artificial power pressurising mode when water is pumped via pressure wells into a producing reservoir-collector; this water restores volume of liquid and power in the producing reservoir. This method is performed by means of two parallel between them horizontal boreholes of producing and pressure wells, located across the prevailing direction of cracks in a collector and equipped with casing columns cemented from outside, having the cement plug at their ends and perforated at the section of horizontal boreholes. Also inside the cased columns from a wellhead to the cement plug there is inserted a pipe with a plug at its end and apertures on the wall near the plug, by means of said apertures and a gap between the pipe and the casing column before perforation from the side of the wellhead the depression is created and equalised or correspondingly the repression is created onto the collector along the horizontal borehole on both sides of the perforated section.

EFFECT: increased ratio of oil extraction, prevention of deposit breaking up and forming dead zone in it, and reduced water cut of extracted production.
