FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas producing branches of industry and can be implemented at any stage of hydrocarbons production, both continuous production and cyclic one. The essence of the invention is as follows: according to the method the development is carried out by means of a producing well having a horizontal borehole in a producing horizon-collector; further a casing column is introduced from outside and cemented to the end of the horizontal borehole; the casing column is perforated in the zone of the horizontal borehole. According to the invention the well in the producing horizon-collector is used with either horizontal or pseudo-horizontal borehole, or pseudo-horizontal borehole being transformed into a horizontal borehole. To equalise depression in the producing horizon along the borehole of the well a pipe with a plug at its end and apertures on the wall of the end section is inserted inside the perforated casing column from a well head till a bottom hole not touching the cement plug at the end of the casing column. Additionally two versions of development are suggested considering features of design of a producing well.

EFFECT: increased efficiency due to adjustability of development, prevention of oil deposit breaking up and forming dead zones, and also upgraded efficiency of gas production from oil-gas deposits.
