FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method for extraction of tar sand or of heavy oil with high viscosity from underground deposit. This invention facilitates increased efficiency due to extended coverage of deposit. The essence of the invention is as follows: according to the method boring is carried out on base of a specified well pattern then there is performed preparing of producing wells to operation which are finished with horizontal sections in the deposit and pressure wells, the horizontal sections of which are finished above the level of producing wells in the deposit. There is formed a permeable zone between the pressure and producing wells. A heat carrier is pumped into pressure wells and simultaneously hydrocarbons are withdrawn from producing wells. According to the invention a row of several horizontal sections is formed in pressure wells; these sections are oriented the sides of producing wells at 95-99% of length to each of a producing well. In each of producing wells a row of several horizontal sections is formed oriented to the sides of pressure wells at 95-99% of length to each of those wells. At that horizontal sections of pressure wells are finished in the deposit above the level of production wells for not less, than 5 m allowing that any flushes of heat carrier from horizontal sections of pressure wells into horizontal sections of production wells are excluded. After that, before operating, hydro breaks are performed successively for each row of wells with pumping a layer of proplant.
