FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: there are drilled rows of directional-horizontal wells parallel to each other in horizontal plane. Wellheads of wells are arranged in a staggered order. Heat carrier pumping and oil withdrawal are performed in cycles - two stages per each cycle. At the first stage of the cycle heat carrier is pressurised into odd wells of each row, while oil is withdrawn from even wells. Pumping is stopped for time required for impregnation of a collector. During the second stage of the cycle heat carrier is pumped into even wells of each row during time equal to time of heat carrier pumping at the first stage. Oil is withdrawn from odd wells. Pumping is stopped for time required for impregnation of a collector. The cycle is repeated; also, time for heat carrier pumping and oil withdrawal is either increased or is left permanent from cycle to cycle.
EFFECT: increased sweep and yield of reservoir and reduced time for development.
