SUBSTANCE: hydromechanical device designed to smoothly load a hydraulic system comprises, at least, a pump and a pipeline, shut-off valves and accessories incorporating a jet, a shut-off valve opening-speed regulator with a check valve, a hydromechanical drive of the shut-off valves and accessories made up of a diaphragm and a transfer mechanism. The proposed device communicates with the incompressible fluid pipeline by coupling it, at the section between the pump and shut-off valve the said shut-off valve opening-speed regulator with a check valve communicating with the diaphragm chamber. The said chamber comprises the working medium cell, a hermetic diaphragm coupled with the transfer mechanism arranged to transfer the diaphragm deformation to the shut-off valve in its opening and closing.
EFFECT: higher safety, lower power consumption in operation of hydraulic systems using incompressible fluids, longer life and higher reliability, reduced repair and maintenance costs.
