SUBSTANCE: system is intended for technological pipelines of enterprises. Technical init system is supplied with at least one hydromechanical device for gradual loading of hydraulic system. Hydromechanical device is connected to pipeline from force side on section between pump or pump group, which create force in pipeline, and nearest locking or/and locking-regulating fittings and communicates with pipeline by means of operating body, mainly by means of liquid. It is mounted with possibility of automatic prolonged turning on and turning off of locking or/and locking-regulating fittings. Hydromechanical device includes successively connected to each other inlet branch pipe, case-possessing regulator of rate of opening locking or/and locking-regulating fittings and transmission of loading to hydraulic system, equipped with reverse valve and jet, and hydromechanical drive which includes power chamber with case.
