FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to heat supply engineering, and namely to heat supply and/or hot water supply systems of the building, facility, as well as complex heat energy consumer in the form of buildings, facilities combined into architectural and construction groups, microdistricts, quarters, villages and towns. Heat supply and/or hot water supply system of complex heat energy consumer, including local consumers in the form of separate buildings or facilities combined e.g. into architectural and construction groups, microdistricts, quarters, villages and towns, consists of distribution network of pipelines connected via heat carrier to heat supply source e.g. boiler house, thermal power station, combined heat-and-power plant, boiler room or the main heat line and to local heat energy consumers, shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves with a locking element, pump equipment that includes at least one pump namely with electric drive, as well as at least one hydromechanical smooth load device of hydraulic system, which is connected to the pipeline namely on the delivery side in the section between the pump or pump group creating the head in the pipeline and the nearest shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves. That device is connected to the pipeline as to the working medium, and mainly as to heat carrier and installed with the possibility of automatic prolonged activation and deactivation of shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves. At that, hydromechanical device includes an inlet branch pipe and mechanical-hydraulic drive which are connected to each other in-series. Inlet branch pipe includes a housing, speed control of opening shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves and load transfer to hydraulic system, which is equipped with non-return valve and spraying nozzle. Mechanical-hydraulic drive includes power chamber with the housing containing at least one section with the changing working volume controlled with liquid working medium filled back thereto at pressure increase in the pipeline, and transfer mechanism. At that, mechanical-hydraulic drive is double connected to the pipeline: at the inlet it is connected with inlet branch pipe to the pipeline as to working medium, and at the outlet it is kinematically connected with mechanical-hydraulic drive to the locking element of the above valve; at that, transfer mechanism is movable and connected to the power chamber as "piston-stock" or "membrane-stock"; at that, the stock in its turn is connected in a movable manner thus forming the drive with the locking element of the above valves with the possibility of automatic movements of the locking element in the range from fully closed to fully opened position per the pipeline passage and vice versa. Heat supply and/or hot water supply system of the building, facility is described as well.
EFFECT: providing smooth increase of load on the hydraulic water supply system, providing smooth start-up of hydraulic system excluding the possibility of high hydrodynamic loads on the system, as well as decreasing material consumption of the start-up device elements, increasing the system safety and reliability as a whole, and reducing repair and operating costs.
