MAIN OIL PIPELINE, OIL-PRODUCTS PIPELINE, OR GAS CONDENSATE PIPELINE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC F17D1/08 F16L55/00 F16K31/12

Abstract RU 2352857 C1

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention mainly refers to transportation of oil and other hydrocarbon material via main pipelines, and can be used in oil and gas industry, and in chemical industry. Main oil pipeline, oil-products pipeline or gas condensate pipeline includes the following line structures that comprise a hydraulic system - the main pressure pipeline for transporting liquid hydrocarbons, namely oil, or oil products, or gas condensate, which consists of at least one string and is equipped with shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves including a locking element; pump equipment that includes at least one pump, namely with electric drive; a communication, management and control system; for example at least one booster station with a network of process pipelines of the station internal lines; at least one tank battery, and at least one hydromechanical device of smooth load of hydraulic system as well, which is connected to pressure pipeline or at least to one process pipeline, mainly on the pressure side in the area between the pump creating the head in pipeline or a pump group and the nearest shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves, and which is connected to the pipeline as to the working medium, and namely as to the liquid pumped, and installed with the possibility of automatic prolonged switching-on and switching-off of shutoff and/or shutoff and control valves. Hydromechanical device includes the following, which is interconnected in series - an inlet connection, speed control of opening of shutoff valves and/or shutoff and control valves, and of load transfer to the hydraulic system, and mechanical hydraulic drive that includes the power chamber with a housing consisting of at least one compartment with the changing working volume, controlled with return, for the purpose of filling, liquid working medium at the pipeline pressure increase, and a transfer mechanism. At that connection of the hydromechanical device to pipeline is double: at the inlet - it is connected by means of an inlet connection to the pipeline as to working medium, and at the outlet - it is connected kinematically by means of the hydromechanical device to the locking element of the above valves; at that transfer mechanism is movable, and the type of its connection to the power chamber is "piston- stock" or "membrane-stock"; at that stock, in its turn, is connected in a movable way with the drive with locking element of the above valves with the possibility of automatic movements of locking element within the range of fully closed position to fully opened one for the pipeline passage, and vice versa.

EFFECT: providing the safety and reducing power consumption during operation of hydraulic systems, reducing power consumption during pump electric motor start, and providing quick device pressure release and system disconnection at motor stop.
