FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises a drive link fitted in membrane-type suspensions and representing a rod with piezo-converters attached thereto that can reciprocate inside a vacuum chamber. To transform the drive element reciprocation into the driven link rotation, the blocks-pushers are fitted on the drive link. The driven link plate is furnished with two noses with a regular micro-relief made thereon to provide for a different friction factor in reversing. The blocks-pickups are arranged opposite the aforesaid blocks-pushers to reciprocate driven by the piezo-converter pair. In reciprocation of the drive link, the blocks-pushers come, in turn, into contact with the driven link noses to transmit rotary motion to the driven link.
EFFECT: tightness of vacuum lead-in, reliable joint between drive shaft and driven link, continuous and discrete rotation and rocking of driven link in two directions and possibility of its turning through preset angle.
