FIELD: mechanics, production processes.
SUBSTANCE: acoustic system of air emissions gas-and-dust purification incorporates a horizontal cylindrical casing with lcz-long central zone of contact at least two atomisers are located on the left of the said central part along the casing axis. The drip pocket with the drain at the casing bottom is arranged on the right part of the casing behind the lcz-long zone of contact. Compressed air feed branch pipes and water feed branch pipes with shut-off and control valves communicating the said branch pipes with manifolds arranged in pipelines feeding water and compressed air are brought to each atomiser. Each manifold is furnished with a pressure gage to control water and compressed air pressure. Atomisers represent acoustic jets for spraying liquids, comprising the case with the generator of acoustic vibrations representing a nozzle and a resonator and a pipe feeding spraying agent and liquid. The casing represents a glass with the bottom housing the acoustic vibration generator placed representing a hollow core with wedge slot and nozzle. The liquid comes into the circular gap between the resonator external surface and the nozzle internal surface, while the liquid fed channel is arranged tangentially to the glass inner surface and represents a rectangular slot. Air is forced via the casing union and the resonator orifice to at least one wedge slot arranged at an angle to the resonator axis. Note that the said angle varies from 30° to 60°. A helical guide device is arranged between the glass inner surface and the resonator outer surface to facilitate liquid swirling.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation.
