FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse materials drying technologies in boiling bed and may be used in aniline-ink industry, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Invention deals with the dryer for drying in pseudo-liquid bed with passive nozzle containing housing with gas-distributing lattice in the form of packed lattices made from springs located in one plane and connected to vibrating plates and passive nozzle, injector, vibration mechanism in the form of plates installed in dryer housing so that they can rotate against axes. Additional plates of different length are rigidly fixed to vibrating plates in staggered pattern and positioned at an angle to plates. Free tops of additional plates near the right vibrating plate are directed upwards, whereas those tops located near the left vibration plate are directed downwards. Injector is made acoustic and contains housing with acoustic vibration generator inside being in the form of nozzle and volume vibrator, pipes for spraying agent and liquid supply. Injector housing is represented in the form of cup with bottom, and vibrator is in the form of hollow rod with V-shaped slot. Liquid is supplied to annular clearance provided between outer vibrator surface and inner surface of nozzle. Channel for liquid supply in the form of rectangular slot is situated tangentially to inner surface of cup. Spraying agent is supplied to nozzle through choke in housing and vibrator opening and V-shaped slot.

EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
