FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: probe signal of a nonlinear radar station is received by a Van Atta array. Nonlinear transformation of the signal is done to generate response of the probe signal of the nonlinear radar station. The signal is amplified, with provision for increasing the power spectral density of the radiated signal to the value sufficient for radio suppression of the nonlinear radar station and the signal is radiated in the direction of the nonlinear radar station.
EFFECT: generation of response signals on harmonics of the probe signal of the nonlinear radar station.
