FIELD: technological processes; fuel.
SUBSTANCE: method of spend solid nuclear fuel recycling includes loading oxide of spent nuclear fuel and restoration material, melting of prepared charge and reduction to metal nuclear fuel. At that thinning agent -slag - is added to charge, then it is ground, and prepared homogeneous charge is melted by means of high-frequency heating in the medium of inertial gas. For process of reduction exothermal reaction is used with one restoration material, then slag is removed together with most active products that saturated it.
EFFECT: reduction of recycled fuel activity, acceleration of spent nuclear fuel restoration process, reduction in price and environmental safety of its storage and transportation.
