FIELD: physics; electricity.

SUBSTANCE: in the device of the measuring element (7) the leakage current in the circuit of the suppressor is measured (3). The filtering device (8) filters from the leakage current, the third harmonic oscillation, and the evaluation circuit (6) analyses the third harmonic oscillation relative its values. The evaluation circuit (12, 24) transmits one predefined signal to the display device (13, 14, 15, 25). There are preferably three indicator elements (13, 14, 15) with light signal functions. Supply voltage for the circuits (5,6) used is obtained through a transformer (16), which generates the required auxiliary energy when there is no potential from the leakage current itself, and a power supply unit from the mains (19) connected to the transformer.

EFFECT: design of a control device, in which no auxiliary energy is required to supply components.
