SUBSTANCE: soya bean seeds are affected by pulse electric field. Intensity pulse height Emax of the field does not exceed and total of pulse lengths "τ" and length of its front "a" for each of the pulses reaches, at least, several nanoseconds and makes (τ+a)≤(8÷9)·10-9 sec.
EFFECT: increases germinating energy and viability of soya bean seeds.
