FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting, blanching and mincing cucumbers, blanching and mincing horseradish, blanching and grating lemon zest, freesing and mincing lettuce, bunching onion and dill, freesing and chopping spinach and sorrel, mincing cod fillets, boiling kvass. The above components are mixed with sugar, table salt and CO2-extract of the specified micromitset biomass. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows manufacturing of canned food with increased digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
