SUBSTANCE: canned food prepare by a horse-radish, a lemon dried peel and cucumbers parboiling and crushing on a meat comminutor, a sorrel and spinage freezing and chopping, green onion and fennel greengrocery freezing and crushing on a meat comminutor, a pout fillet crushing on a meat comminutor, kvass boiling. The listed components are mixed with sugar, salt and a biomass CO2-extract of the set kind of micromicete. The received mix is packed in aluminium tubas, hermetic sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food for a space feeding has a raised comprehensibility in comparison with a similar culinary dish.
