FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting, blanching and mincing ginger. Bunching onion is frozen and minced, beef is cut and minced. The above components are mixed with bone broth, melted butter, ethanol, sugar, table salt and CO2-extracts of the specified micromitset biomass, star anise, cinnamon, anise, cloves, liquorice and cardamom. The components are mixed in the specified proportion. The obtained mix is packed in aluminium tubes. Hermetic sealing and sterilisation follow.
EFFECT: method allows manufacturing of a product with increased digestibility.
