SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes beef cutting, roasting, and chopping; fresh white cabbage shredding, freezing, and chopping; carrot, onion and paprika cutting, roasting in melt butter, and pulping; garlic pulping; rice cooking up to double mass increasing and chopping. Abovementioned components are blended with sour cream, bone broth, citric acid, and CO2-extracts from biomass of specific micromycete specie and caraway. Obtained mixture is pre-packed in aluminum tubes, sealed and sterilized.
EFFECT: canned goods of increased digestion value.
