FIELD: technology of food products making.
SUBSTANCE: preserved food is cooked by chicken meat cutting, frying in melted butter and grinding in mincer, freezing and mincer grinding of coriander and parsley, chopping of walnuts, mixing of specified components with bone broth, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of biomass of preset type of micromycete, ginger, hot red pepper, cinnamon and cloves, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: preserved food for space meals has higher assimilability.
