FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to surgery and can be used for treating osteomyelitis in the terminal finger phalanges. The pustule is opened and necrotizing tissues are removed. The opening of the pustule begins with the removal of the nail plate and then a section of soft tissues to the pustule is carried out perpendicular to the phalange by the projection of the nail bed. The soft tissues are rotated downwards to carry out a necrectomy of the damaged bone, after which the soft tissues are returned to the former place without placing stitches.
EFFECT: method enables preserving the shape and size of the finger, preventing injury to the working surface of the finger, reducing the duration of the pain syndrome and the duration of the overall body response, carrying out prophylaxis of the sensitivity deviation risk by means of a combination of the techniques of said invention.
