FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: insertion of embalmed pachymeninx is formed. Insertion is doubled up. End faces of insertions are upband from both sides and sutured. Ends of ruptured tendon are slitted to put insertion thereafter fixed to proximal and distal ends of Achilles tendon.
EFFECT: lower injury; higher reliability; fixation of tendon rupture point and reduction of treatment time.
