FIELD: sports; games.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a hollow core, a handle with the longitudinal aperture, a longitudinal cut containing in the top part where the working element is established on an axis and its part supporting limits of the handle, means of fixing of the handle from moving at an axial direction and the elements excluding rotation of the handle round an axis of the hollow core. The core is established in an aperture of the handle with possibility of longitudinal movement; the working element is executed in the form of the double-arm lever which working surface has possibility of contact with the hollow core, forming means of fixing of the handle from longitudinal movement. Thus the radius of brushing of the double-arm lever by the working surface is larger than distance from an axis pin of the double-arm lever with contact surface of the hollow core, and the elements excluding rotation of the handle round an axis of the hollow core, are executed on the hollow core from one side, and on the handle or on the double-arm lever - from another.
EFFECT: more reliable and easier design of a stick at the expense of its simplification and expansion of range of application of the stick.
