FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: manual-pump-type distributing device comprises a plunger head reciprocating in injection and return strokes and a pump housing with a valve to intake fluid in every return stroke. Outlet valve assembly mounted on its nose selectively returns fluid through the said nose in every injection stroke, the node incorporating a preset ID bore. An outlet valve is fitted inside the aforesaid bore and made from a material allowing a preset axial, or axial and radial expansion of the outlet valve caused by fluid pressure in every injection stroke which allows forcing fluid through the slit-like orifice at the outlet valve end and ensures a fast compression of the aforesaid valve, nearby the valve seat, to prevent the fluid escape through the aforesaid slit-like orifice. The embodiment of the proposed device is described as well as the outlet nose design and plunger head design versions.
