SUBSTANCE: ventilating device comprises the following components: the heat exchange unit installed on the first transom of a window frame separated by height; the inlet unit installed on the second transom which is located on the same side surface of the first transom; and the outlet unit installed on the third transom mounted on another side surface of the first transom and the heat exchange unit supplies outer air injected from outside to the outlet unit and releases air from the room which has been supplied through the inlet unit, outside, thus conducting heat exchange between outer air and room air without their mutual mixing.

EFFECT: possibility to conduct heat exchange between incoming and exhaust air, without need in separate mounting space.
