SUBSTANCE: rotary valve comprises a valve body and an adapter, a stem, a floating ball element pivotally mounted in the inner part of the valve, a first valve seat located movably in the inner part of the valve near the valve inlet, with the first valve seat offset towards the ball element for tight engagement with the first part of the ball element; the second valve seat, located with the possibility of removal in the inner part of the valve near the valve outlet and designed for tight engagement with the second part of the ball element, while the second valve seat is clamped between the surface of the valve body and the surface of the adapter, and the adapter contains a recess and an annular protrusion defined in a position that is directed radially outward from the recess, and the second valve seat contains essentially an annular body and a valve petticoat extending outward from the essentially annular body, with the valve petticoat located inside the recess of the adapter; the gap formed between one side of the valve body and the annular protrusion of the adapter; and a sealing element located between the valve body and the adapter to prevent leakage to the atmosphere through the specified gap.

EFFECT: due to the fact that the seat is held in the desired position without the need for fasteners, unwanted abrasion is prevented. At the same time, the valve seat can be quickly and easily removed.
