FIELD: transport; conveyers.
SUBSTANCE: device contains segment of auxiliary belt located with clearance under conveyer belt secured at its ends with supports installed at conveyer girders. Auxiliary belt has fluted section close to cross-section of conveyer cargo flight and its upper edges are secured with longitudinal beams, their length exceeding that of segment of auxiliary belt, and its supports have on each beam and respective conveyer flight two parallel hinged coupling links sloped towards direction opposite to conveyer belt movement capable of rotating in vertical plane. One of the links from each side of auxiliary belt has with the aid of tie-rod placed freely in the orifice of bracket of the link hinged with conveyer flight. Tie-rod to bracket is springed by compression springs of similar rate from both sides with other ends abut against adjusting nuts capable of shifting along of the tie-rod. Each upper hinge of links is made as a screw placed freely in the joint orifice with threaded part capable of interaction with threaded cheek secured on beam. From the inside of the joint the screw for longitudinal shifting is fixed by setting ring. Links on both sides of auxiliary belt are interconnected by cross-pieces in pairs.
EFFECT: improvement of damping property of the device broadening of capabilities for its usage in conveyers with increased belt width and higher fluted section, securing possibility of characteristics optimisation at the expense of their adjustments in the process of conveyer operation.
