FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: belt conveyor comprises medium part frame consisting of purlins 1 with posts, conveyor belt 2 resting on troughing trainers. Rollers 3 are secured to trough arranged thereunder. Trough cross-section is composed of interconnected straight sections 5. Trough bottom horizontal part 6 has vertical ledge 6 directed downward to feed compressed air therein and to rest on crossbar 8 secured at said purlins. Trough top sections are arranged to rest on conveyor posts top parts and to be bolted thereto. Said posts top parts are connected with bottom parts by flanges 12. End parts 13 of trough top sections deflect toward conveyor central axis 14 with edges 15 bent upward and with minimum clearance relative to belt cargo-carrying run side edges. Stripes (16) from flexible elastic material are attached to the innes side of chute with the help of glue.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, longer life, decreased power consumption.
