FIELD: transport; conveyers.
SUBSTANCE: conveyer contain racks, loading and discharging devices, endlessly closed loop of the belt, traction cable with endlessly closed loop over driving and tension pulleys kinematically connected with belt. Belt is fixed on hooky hangers oriented by free edges off conveyer longtitudial axis. Inclination of outer edge of the belt to horizon should not exceed 45 degrees. Each hanger is supplied with horizontal hinge, hanger lower part capable of turning in vertical plane, jaw for traction cable and bogie with half-round hoop capable of being carried by guide secured on conveyer frame, guide having fluted shape in cross-section. Traction cable is looped in horizontal plane. Jaw for traction cable consists of removable top and bottom nippers. On bottom parts of hangers rollers are attached capable of rotating in vertical-oriented axis and interacting with guide bar in loading zone and discharge bar in conveyer discharge zone and guide bars in driving and tension pulleys zone. Fluted-shape guide in tension pulleys zone is attached to pulley carriage and it is installed, as related to main part of fluted-shape guide, with gap not more than tension pulley stroke. Gaps between free ends of both guides are filled in by additional fluted guides that are connected with the aid of hinges in lower part, from the side of driving pulley with free ends of main part of fluted-shape guide, and from the other side they freely rest on free ends of tension pulley fluted guide and they are supplied with elements turning in vertical plane capable of leaning against tension pulley fluted guide. The said elements with main part of additional guides are connected by hinges located in their upper parts. Adjacent edges of additional guides and abutting elements in vertical plane form acute angle between themselves with vertex corner oriented to hinge and in horizontal plane they have triangular cuts.
EFFECT: simplification of conveyer construction, increase in belt carrying capacity, adaptability of conveyer to curved transportation route.
