FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed conveyor comprises frame and fluted belt supported by inclined rollers. Haulage loop enveloping the pulleys made from steel wire rope is arranged inside belt loop so that steel rope on cargo carrying rum of the belt rests on horizontal rollers. Rollers are arranged aligned over the conveyor length and on one common bracket secured on conveyor frame beam. Flat limiters are secured on the side of rope lateral edges. Drive pulley represents an annular recess in cylindrical ring of drive drum and can be arranged in tope recess. Rope outer surface extends above cylindrical part of the drive drum ring surface, ring lateral sides representing conical surfaces. Belt tensioning drum and haulage loop tensioning pulley are arranged on carriages, each being connected by two flexible elements with reels mounted on different shafts of tensioning device drive reduction gear. Gear ratio of shafts is taken to equal i=KbDr/(KrDb), where i is gear ratio between reduction gear shafts with reels fitted thereon, Kb, Kr are belt and rope elongation factors with belt loaded only as load carrying element; Db, Dr are diametres of belt and rope coiling at operating tension of haulage loop.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased load carrying capacity.
