FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: conveyer contains columns, feeding and discharging equipment, indefinitely belt closed circuit, indefinitely closed pulling cable on drive drum and jockey, interlocked with belt. Belt is fixed on hook-like suspension loose edges of which are oriented sideways from conveyer longitudinal axis, at location of suspensions with equal distance lengthwise all the belt circuit and with formation facility on it belt tray of the same profile. Pitch of external side of belt is accepted not more then 45 degrees. Each suspension is outfitted by flapping hinge with capability of suspension bottom rotating in vertical plane relative to flapping hinge, by fixture for pulling cable and running roller with semicircular rim with facility of its bearing to fixed on conveyor frame runner of fluted section in a transverse cross-section. Fixture for pulling cable is implemented as detachable top and bottom grips, located under oriented sideways conveyer longitudinal axis as horizontal flange with coverage capability by them pulling cable on top and at the bottom. Grips overlap pulling cable cross-section area by value which is less of pulling cable diameter and defined subject to pulling cable lateral strain at rounding by it drive drum. External surface of flange and bottom grip are implemented with rounded to each other edges with facility of fixture location on rims of drive drum and jockey, located in horizontal plane. Initially top and bottom grips are located opened to each other. Belt edge from the conveyor longitudinal axis side is mounted with excess over external side. Belt is fixed to suspensions only by one of its edges located from the conveyor longitudinal axis side. On bottom parts of suspensions pulleys are fixed with facility of its rotation on vertically oriented axes, its interaction with guide strips in charging area and discharging strips in discharging area of conveyor and guide strips in areas of drive drum and jockey location.
EFFECT: conveyor design simplification; belt bearing capacity increase and capability of conveyor usage at curvilinear in plan conveying route.
