FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: microporous crystalline zeolite and its substituted version designated UZM-16 have been synthesized. Said zeolites are obtained by means of benzyltrimethylammonium cation (BzTMA) or combination of (BzTMA) with one other quaternary ammonium cation. Said zeolites have structure related to structure of offretite, but demonstrate structural and other differences. Zeolites UZM-15 can be dealuminated with formation of zeolites UZM-16HS, which have different acidity, porosity and ion-exchange properties.
EFFECT: obtained products ate efficient in different processes of hydrocarbon conversion.
