FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: microporous crystalline zeolite and substituted versions, designated UZM-15, have been synthesized. Said zeolites are obtained by means of organo-substituted ammonium cation as matrix, in which at least, one organic group has, at least two carbon atoms. Diethyldimethylammonium cation is example of such cation. Matrix in some cases can contain other organo-substituted ammonium cations, alkali metals and alkali-earth metals. Said materials UZM-15 can be dealuminated by different methods, as result compositions UZM-15HS are obtained. Both UZM-15 and UZM-15HS compositions can be used as catalysts or catalyst carriers in different processes, such as conversion of cyclic hydrocarbons into non-cyclic hydrocarbons and olefine oligimerisation.
