FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: family of crystalline silica-alumina zeolites, designated UZM-5HS and being UZM-5 derivatives have been synthesized. Aluminium content in UZM-5HS is lower than aluminium content in initial UZM-5, which causes change of exchange capacity and acidity. UZM-5 are represented by empirical formula (1) and UZM-5HS are obtained from them by such operations as acid extraction and fluorosilicate processing.
EFFECT: possibility of using for hydrocarbon conversion.
