FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions discloses microporous UZM-5 zeolite membranes, methods of their obtaining and methods of the separation of gases, steams and liquids with their application. The microporous UZM-5 zeolite membranes with small pores are obtained by two methods. One of the methods includes the crystallisation in situ of one or more layers of UZM-5 zeolite crystals on a porous membrane substrate. The second method includes crystallisation with a seed in a reaction mixture of the continuous second layer of UZM-5 zeolite crystals on a layer of UZM-5 zeolite crystals, applied on a porous membrane substrate.
EFFECT: obtained membranes in the form of discs, tubes or hollow fibres have high thermal and chemical stability, resistance to erosion, to CO2 and increased selectivity in the separation of gases, steams and liquids.
