FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention includes forms, method of forming cast axially-symmetric hollow rotation bodies, and device used for method realisation. Invention is characterised by the fact that volumetric forms are used, the lateral sides of which are made from gores, and their tops are installed with possibility of rotation, besides one gore duplicates internal surface of body, and the other one - its external surface and surface of detachable bottom, and open top of forms is used for charging the moulding sand. Product is formed step-by-step with bonding elements - first of all moulding sand is charged to volumetric forms up to open top area, thus forming the surface in open top area, then moulding sand is maintained till it gains structural strength. After that detachable bottom is removed, and either formed element is shifted relative to forms, or forms are shifted relative to formed element, and their interrelation is maintained. Then the next body element is charged with moulding sand, besides the surface of preceding element of preceding charge which was previously formed in open top area is used as bottom. Corners of gores are attached with brackets either to poles of horizontal, or vertical symmetry axis of hollow rotation body. Element surface formed in open top area of forms is made either flat, or with protrusions and hollows. Device is equipped with rotating mechanism of forms and formed element of axially symmetrical hollow rotation body.

EFFECT: providing possibility to form cast hollow rotation bodies.
