FIELD: concrete products.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of production of concrete products that includes the stage of manufacturing a concrete slab by formwork-free casting. The method consists of manufacturing precast concrete products in form of a concrete floor slab with a recess on the upper surface made by sliding formwork on a forming stand (5). Said recess is limited by the shape of the sliding formwork and is made along the entire length of the formed product. A recess is made therein along the entire width of the upper surface of the concrete slab with narrow protruding sections (4). The side surfaces of the recess are limited by the said sections (4). Wherein channels, pipelines and/or electrical wiring components (6) are installed in the recess of the newly formed slab after the slab is produced, the recess is further filled with concrete mass (8) and the finished concrete product is left to harden.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of manufacturing precast concrete products in form of a concrete floor slab.
