FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for the manufacture of reinforced concrete buildings for substations, in particular for transformer - distribution substations. Parallel and one-time production is carried out using removable formwork: an above-ground concrete block with a separate roof slab and an underground concrete block, which together form a reinforced concrete casing for the substation. An above-ground concrete block with a separate roof slab and an underground concrete block are cast separately. Finished concrete blocks are transported to the installation site of the future substation and form a reinforced concrete building for the substation. The above-ground concrete block is installed on the underground concrete block and fixed by welding on mortgages at the junction of the above-ground and underground concrete block. At the base of the walls of the volumetric above-ground module, openings are provided in advance for further installation of equipment and barrier elements of metal structures - doors, louvered ventilation grilles that serve to prevent unauthorized access to the future substation block and other openings. These openings are installed at the base of the reinforcing mesh of the walls, before pouring the concrete mixture, by cutting out the reinforcement frame in the intended places. They have the desired size and shape of the opening in the form of profiles, with further fixation of the metal frame of the walls by welding to the embedded parts or tying the reinforcement of the frames with a reinforcing mesh, provided for by the design, with wire. Embedded metal elements are also provided for further attachment of equipment and a roof element to them.
EFFECT: method for manufacturing above-ground and underground concrete blocks, as well as roof slabs, takes place simultaneously, which makes it possible to reduce the time for manufacturing a reinforced concrete body for a substation.
