FIELD: heating, drying.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to disperse materials drying technologies and may be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Distributing dryer with counter swirling flows (CSF) contains vertical chamber with source material supply system with coolant and silo for dried disperse material discharge. Source material supply system is implemented in the shape of axial input with swirler, spinner, fender washer and ejection nozzle which ensures supply of primary flow of coolant and source material delivered though acoustic injector. Secondary flow of coolant is supplied through input with swirler together with source material delivered through acoustic injector. Primary and secondary flows of coolant are pre-heated by heaters to the required temperature. Heaters are installed in main-line pipeline. Axial sleeve is needed for used coolant discharging. Source material may be supplied together with primary, secondary or both flows of coolant through acoustic injectors having US vibration generator installed inside. US vibration generator is represented as nozzle and annular volume vibrator.
EFFECT: improvement of drying efficiency.
