FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse materials drying in boiling bed and may be used in aniline-ink industry, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Solution drying plant includes cylindrical housing with cone-shaped bottom, bubble spinner located in bottom section. Used coolant is discharged through sleeve located under bubble spinner. Sleeve is provided with shock and blast wave generator with its outlet sleeve being directed towards used coolant flow. In the upper part of housing inlet sleeve is linked with diffuser where coolant flow swirler is installed to make uniform distribution between, at least, two injectors. Each injector is represented as acoustic injector with US vibration generator located inside. Generator is implemented in the shape of nozzle and annular volume vibrator. Housing is made as cylindrical bushing with air supply pipe located in its upper part. Solution supply pipe is perpendicular to air supply pipe. Inside the housing, bushing with top and bottom flanges is rigidly fixed to the housing. Bottom flange is rigidly fixed in groove made in housing, and annular volume vibrator is displaced in axial alignment inside bushing. Volume vibrator is in the shape of cup with tapered surface, which is molded on rod of vibrator d diameter. Retaining disks in the form of elastic blades interacting with internal surface of bushing are implemented in vibrator tail-end part. At least, one nozzle is located in bottom flange at 20°÷40° angle to vibrator axis. Nozzle axis is continued on circle being in the middle part of tapered surface. Cone-shaped and cylindrical openings are made on the inner surface of bushing in axial alignment.
