FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to disperse materials drying in boiling bed and may be used in aniline-ink industry, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Invention deals with the dryer with passive nozzle for suspension bed containing housing with gas-distributing lattice in the form of packed lattices made from springs located in the same plane and connected to vibrating plates and passive nozzle, injector, vibration mechanism in the form of plates installed in dryer housing so that they can rotate against axes. Additional plates of different length are rigidly fixed to vibrating plates in staggered pattern and positioned at an angle varying within, for example, 80...40°. Free tops of additional plates near the right vibrating plate are directed upwards, whereas those tops located near the left vibration plate are directed downwards. Recovery system is situated in housing bottom. Recovery system includes acoustic plant, where acoustic agglomeration of fine particles takes place, cyclone and sleeve filter with silo. Acoustic injector is represented in the shape of housing with US vibration generator being in the form of nozzle and annular volume vibrator. Vibrator housing is represented in the form of vertical cylindrical bushing with pipe for spraying agent supply located in its upper part. Pipe for dryable material supply is perpendicular to the above pipe axis. Inside the housing and in axial alignment to housing, bushing with top and bottom flanges is rigidly fixed. Bottom flange is rigidly fixed in groove made in housing, and annular volume vibrator is displaced in axial alignment inside bushing. Volume vibrator is in the shape of cup with tapered surface, which is molded on rod of vibrator d diameter. Retaining disks in the form of elastic blades interacting with internal surface of bushing are implemented in vibrator tail-end part. At least, one nozzle is located in bottom flange at 20°÷40° angle to vibrator axis. Nozzle axis is continued on circle being in the middle part of tapered surface. Cone-shaped and cylindrical openings are made on the inner surface of bushing in axial alignment.
