FIELD: heating; drying.
SUBSTANCE: present invention pertains to technology of drying particulates in capillary layer and can be used in anilino-painting, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological, chemical and other industries. Pseudoliquid layer drier with passive headpiece comprises drying chamber with atomiser, gas-distributing array in form of gauze packet, assembled from springs, lying in the same plane and joined to vibrating plates of vibration mechanism, fitted in the drying chamber with provision for rotating about an axis. Additional plates of varying lengths are rigidly fixed chequerwise on the vibrating plates at an angle, ranging from 80 to 40°. The free peaks of the extra plates on the right side vibrating plate face upwards, and those on the left side vibrating plate face downwards. In the upper part of the chamber, there is a trapping system, comprising acoustic device, where there is acoustic agglomeration of small particles, cyclone collector and bag filter with storage bin. The atomiser is acoustic and consists of case inside of which there is an ultrasonic generator in the form of a nozzle and a ring-shaped cavity resonator. The case is in the form of vertical cylinder bushing, in the upper part of which there is pipe for feeding in air, and perpendicular to its axis, there is a pipe for feeding in solution. Inside the case, in line with it, bushing with upper and lower flanges is fixed. The lower flange is rigidly fixed into groove on the case, and inside the case, in line with it, there is ring-shaped cavity resonator in form of cup with conical surface. The cup is pressed onto beam with diameter d, equal to the diameter of the resonator, and at its tail end, there are locking disks in form of elastic blades touching the inner surface of the bushing. In the lower flange there is at least one nozzle at an angle 20°÷40° to the axis of the resonator. The extension of the axis of the nozzle lies on circumference in the middle part of the conical surface, and on the inner surface of the bushing there are in-line tapered and cylindrical openings.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of drying.
